Guards are ranked depending on their job within and outside of the Association:
Guards: This is the starting rank for all guards. They guard the facility keeping order among the Breeder's, staff and customers. They're like the grunts, taking care of any mundane tasks like getting Breeder's to clients, passing on information and the like. The eyes and ears.
Overseers: These guards are the ones who deal out punishment for any Breeder's who are breaking the rules. The punishment varies from the severity of the situation, their personality and how much you can sway their decision. Some overseers go around, swinging their rank around and riling up the Breeders for fun and some are a little more conservative.
This rank requires training and discipline.
Trainers: These guards tame the new Breeders who come in. Each trainer specializes in teaching different things; some teach sex, some teach obedience and discipline and some teach kinky things. The type of trainer usually determines what Breeder's specialize in.
These types of guards require a lot of training and discipline because abusing new Breeders is a very difficult temptation to avoid.
Guards have an intimidation factor which will be determined by the Admins/Mods by the personality of the guard. For example, a sweet and naive guard would have the intimidation level of about 1 or 2 while a guard who has been there for five years and serious about her work, will have one about an 8 or 9.
The ranks are as follows:
Rank 1-2: Low to no intimidation
Rank 3-4: Low to medium intimidation
Rank 5-6: Medium intimidation
Rank 7-8: Medium to high intimidation
Rank 9-10: High intimidation
